Today I turned 37! 🥳🎂✨

If I'm honest, this past year has been a bit of a blur. But it's not just the good times that define you. If you know me well, you'll also know that I truly believe everything happens for a reason. 🤍

What gets me through the tough times is knowing that even though it doesn't feel good, it is serving a purpose. 🌱 I might not understand why something is happening in the moment, but with hindsight, the answers always come.

There's always something to learn, something to let go of, and something to accept. ✨

I've been through things I never imagined I'd have to face. Some days I genuinely didn't know how I was going to get through them, and I wondered if things would ever get better. I've cried more tears than I could count. 💔 But one thing I do know is that I always come out the other side stronger than before. 💪❤️

Over this last year and a half, I wouldn't be where I am today without my tribe—my people. 🫶 My best friends, my husband, who stood beside me like a wall when everything around me felt like it was crumbling, my children, my family, and of course, my beautiful clients. 🤍
