~ This time of year can be especially difficult for those of us who are grieving and in mourning. We have, as a family not escaped and it's been a challenging time. I understand 🙏🏻

My husband and myself moved across to Fife, Scotland from N Ireland at the end of January. New beginnings ✨️
My previous jobs, which are completely random and varied include flying for British Airways as longhaul cabin crew, a Healthcare assistant for Marie Curie, a yoga teacher, a spa therapist in a 5 star hotel, a dog groomer and an HGV Gritter driver! I have never been a 9 to 5 er !
I've always been a self employed massage therapist since leaving school a long time ago. Over the years I have gained such incredible experience and also from receiving treatments whilst travelling around the world. I am certified using adaptive techniques to work with clients who have been or who are going through cancer treatment.
Since moving to Kingskettle i have met such lovely people and im happy to help each and every one of you. Every treatment is tailored to your individual needs. Just get in touch and I can answer any queeries.
One question I get asked a lot is "who looks after you?" As a massage therapist self care is essential and I have regular deep tissue massages myself and of course pay special attention to my hands!
A tip for you all....
My absolute must is hot and cold therapy. Its benefits for me are endless and helps keep me sane!
