Have bad posture at your desk?
Remember to sit your shoulders back, feet flat onto the ground. Then you can do some mobility work to ease the back & neck, with some gentle stretches it will help your work at the desk 😊

Really happy to finally share some photos from my recent photoshoot for Sandy Thoms Massage Therapy.
When I started the business, I just wanted to create something I was proud of while helping people feel better, move better and get back to doing what they love. Seeing the business continue to grow has been amazing, and I’m genuinely grateful to everyone who has supported me along the way.
To every client who has booked in, recommended me to someone, shared a post, liked the page or simply told someone about what I do — thank you! It all makes a massive difference and never goes unnoticed. 🙌
There’s still plenty more I want to achieve, and I’m excited to see where the next chapter takes Sandy Thoms Massage Therapy. 💙
