6 months ago I swapped sugar in my tea for sweeteners. At first it did not taste as good but honestly, now, I don't even notice. I dont often drink fizzy drinks but now i always get zero sugar too. Why did I do this? Because as im getting older I thought I need to take better care of myself. So decreasing my sugar intake will give me so many benefits. Healthier skin being my main priority, healthier heart and liver, improves dental health, lower my risk of diabetes and sustains energy levels and weight management.
