I'M BACK!!!

Treatment finished and I'm ready to return to my lovely clinic room to see all your smiley faces! 😁

Thank you so much for supporting me through this horrible time and for being so understanding.🥰

I have opened up appointments on Mondays and Saturdays starting from MONDAY 3rd AUGUST so get yourself booked in now! 🏃🏻‍♀️

BUT... bear with me as I'm easing myself back gently to make sure I prioritise my own wellbeing.

I'm very grateful to have received lots of contacts from new patients over the last few months but I will need to prioritise my existing patients and those who have had treatments cancelled.

End of treatment 🎉

Oddly emotional this morning ringing the bell and saying goodbye to the radiotherapy department.

Surgery and radiotherapy done and dusted.
Recovery time, now where's the gin .....?🍸

So, all of the donations are now in and I can announce that my Swim 10k in May challenge has raised £1210!!

Add on the Gift Aid and the total is £1423.75!!!!!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who donated to my challenge. All the money raised goes to Cancer Research and, as we've raised over £1000, that can buy imaging software for use in testing new drugs and treatments.

A big thank you also goes to my lovely Mum Gill Wilson who helped hugely by extracting cash from members of the church St Michael's, Heighington, Durham , the church choir and her band Aycliffe and Brancepeth Brass Band.

And obviously the support from Steve Clarke, Danielle Bartram, Meshell Charlston and Sara Dunn as always was second to none

I'M DONE!!!!

I've finished my Swim 10k in May challenge!!

At times I doubted I would be able to finish within the month as my vertigo was causing so many problems, but today I swam the last 500m with my friend Danielle swimming alongside for support 😁

A HUGE thank you to everyone who has taken the time to click onto my Just Giving page to donate to Cancer Research, sent supportive messages or gee'd me on when I've felt a bit downhearted 🥰

I've reached over £800 on my page but I also have around £200 cash to add to that thanks to my mum Gill Wilson badgering people. I really am thankful for everyone's generosity and I'm so happy I've broken the £1000 mark 🥹

Swim 10k in May

Just a quick update from me. As many of you know I'm currently receiving treatment for breast cancer, radiotherapy due to start soon.

I'm trying to complete a challenge called Swim 10k in May to raise money for Cancer Research UK 🏊🏻‍♀️

Unfortunately I have been struggling with vertigo for the last few weeks which has limited my swimming opportunities. BUT I'm determined to finish the 10k by the end of the month 💪🏻

Ooh new lips! 💋

This lovely lady was very clear she didn't want "duck lips". It was her first time getting filler and she was a bit nervous.

BUT I think I nailed the brief! 🫳🏻
No duck lips at RVC Aesthetics 🦆🚫

I used MINT Mild filler which is a lower density, flexible gel ideal for lips. Only 0.5ml was used which, as you can see, gave her a subtle but noticeable enhancement to her lips and side profile.
