I can’t quite believe it’s been 4 years since I started. Each year I’m so grateful for the business I have and the clients who have been and had a treatment from me 🫶🏻

✨ Important Update to my Cancellation Policy ✨

To help protect appointment availability and ensure my business can continue running smoothly, I’ve updated my cancellation policy.

From today, any appointment cancelled with 24 hours’ notice or less, or any missed appointment (no-show), will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

When you book an appointment, your card details will be securely taken to confirm your booking. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and payment for your treatment is still due when you attend your appointment. Your card will only be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not attend.

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes illness or unexpected situations arise at the last minute. I genuinely appreciate that these circumstances are often beyond your control, and it’s never nice having to cancel.

However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments leave time that is very difficult to fill at short notice. Unfortunately, this means I lose both valuable appointment time and income. As these have become more frequent recently, I’ve had to update my policy to help protect my business.

This is now outlined on my Booksy profile and when you book.
