There has been an influx of people requesting gift vouchers over the past couple of days.

I am currently off work this week but I am heading into the centre tomorrow morning where I will be until 10am if anyone else would like a voucher please let me know asap so I can get them made up and left with reception ready for collection.

I can still email vouchers to you, there maybe a slightly longer time than normal to receive them as I am out and about but will they be sent as soon as possible.

August is here!!

This is one of the busiest months of the year for me both in the treatment room and at home. So thank you for everyone who has been patient with me as my replies haven’t been as quick as normal.

August is fully booked. But do keep an eye out for last minute availability. Thank you for keeping me busy it’s very much appreciated.

💧Just a little reminder to make sure you are keeping yourself hydrated in the current temperatures. If you’re like me and suffer from migraines this heat can really make migraines worse especially if you are dehydrated. So fill up those water bottles up!!!

📆 I do have a last minute appointment available for tomorrow!! It’s a perfect slot for a back massage, foot or leg massage, gel nails, or an express facial.
