Introducing my new treatment Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) & Wood Therapy 🤎👀

I’m so excited to finally share something I’ve been working incredibly hard on behind the scenes.

Since being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition in 2024, my health journey has completely changed my perspective on wellness. As part of managing my symptoms, I began having MLD treatments myself to help support my lymphatic system, reduce inflammation, and improve how I felt day to day.

The more I experienced the incredible benefits firsthand, the more passionate I became. I spent months researching, learning, and training because I wanted to truly understand the science behind the lymphatic system and be able to offer this amazing treatment to my own clients with confidence and care.
