After the success of my previous menopause workshops, I am delighted to hold 2 more on Saturday 09 May 2026, 9.00am until approx. 1.00pm, and Saturday 06 June 2026 1.00pm until approx. 5.00pm.  They are informal events at my cottage in Newnham.
 
The workshops are created especially for women who are:
* In perimenopause
* Navigating post menopause
* Or simply wanting to understand/prepare for the transition ahead.
 
Venue:
Woodview Cottage, Mounts Lane, Newnham, NN11 3ES
 
You will enjoy 3 expert led informative talks on:
* Hormones & HRT
* Brain health & cognitive function
* and nutrition during the menopause.
 
There will be plenty of refreshments and snacks, plus a wellness bag to take home!
