Ladies, it’s super important that you stay hydrated 💧 make sure you drink plenty of water before and especially after your massage 💆🏽‍♀️ this will help you flush out any toxins!!

Please avoid alcohol, caffeinated or sugary drinks 🚫

Do some gentle stretches, this will help you will muscle tension, improve flexibility and blood 🩸 circulation.

Stay warm 💛

Take some time to rest and recharge 🔋 , elevate your feet and legs and kick back and relax 🌻

Also ladies it’s pretty normal to feel sore after a massage but please do follow the aftercare advice that you’re therapist may give you ☺️🌸

This past year has been a rollercoaster and very tough for us all.

You can have sessions booked weekly or every fortnight, which ever suits you well.
