I have been shown the most amazing amount of support from my clients and those close to me over this last week, since the passing of my Dear Dad.
I just want to say thank you to everyone for all of the love, flowers, cards, snacks, chocolates, messages and understanding. It has been the longest week of our lives. But your support has been beautiful and I will be forever grateful for each and everyone of you.

I had a lovely week off and spent it down in cornwall, my favourite place ❤️
Not only is it my favourite place, but I feel at home there, Ive always known I have cornish heritage on my mother's side and have visited almost every year since I was born, to visit grandparents, for quite a while I have been researching our family history on ancestry and found out that all of the maternal side of the family were born and raised in St Ives, falmouth and other areas, working at sea, ship makers, deep sea fishing etc and this is going back hundreds and hundreds of years. Me and my siblings are the first generation on that side of the family to have not been born or lived there.
I am determined I will be there to live one day, but for now I'm back to work in the salon and back in Derby.
Who out of my clients would travel to cornwall for a mini break to get their hair done? 🤣 I know a few that would haha. Hair done by the beach, anyone?
