Back in 2011, we opened our doors right here in the heart of Mickleover — but we weren’t called Upgraded Barbers back then…

🔴 We started life as RED BARBERS. 🔴

What started as a small, independent barbershop has grown, evolved and eventually become the Upgraded Barbers you know today.

But one thing has never changed…

We’re still a small, independent, family-run business, proudly based in Mickleover. ❤️

15 years of haircuts, conversations, laughs, friendships, families and memories.

We’ve watched kids grow up in our chairs, seen generations of families come through the door and built a business that we’re incredibly proud to call part of the Mickleover community.

We’re not a big chain.
We’re not corporate.
We’re local, independent and family-run.

From Red Barbers in 2011 to Upgraded Barbers today… what a journey it’s been. ✂️
