A little natural oil is absolutely fine, but very greasy hair or lots of product build-up can actually create a barrier on the hair and may affect how evenly your colour or lightener will processes.

For the best possible results, we recommend coming to your colour appointment with clean, dry hair — ideally washed the day before and without lots of dry shampoo, oils, root sprays or heavy styling products. 🤍

No panic necessary 😅 We kept her feeling blonde, but softened everything down into the dreamiest creamy beige for autumn/winter 🤎
