✨ I gained a pound this week… and that’s OK. ✨

Because that ONE pound doesn’t define my journey. I’m not the 22 stone woman I used to be, I have 9 stone 2.5 off and I’m certainly not giving up because of one result on the scales. ❤️

Today I’m sitting in group as a member, reevaluating my week, looking at my plan, setting myself a goal and soaking up the support and inspiration around me. I’m leaving feeling focused, motivated and ready to work towards a great loss next week! 💪

And that’s exactly why I still go to group. Even though I’m now a Slimming World Consultant, I’m still a member too. I still have gains, challenges and weeks when I need that support, encouragement and fresh focus.

🌟 You don’t have to wait for the “perfect” week to start.
