Im hearing a lot lately in my inbox,

How much for just 2 simple braids?!
Or
How much would you charge for 2 or 3 children aged ZYX for a few straids of coloured hair popping in 2 easy braids or to pop a bit of colour into 2 easy plaits

Firstly braiding isnt easy or simple when done properly.
Secondly dutch braids require more control and more products has you have more hair to control into a even, straight, neat braid that will last a few weeks.
♡ Age does not effect the price of a braid style,
♡ Children's hair is often thicker and longer that a adults
♡ They move more which effect the braid and time is takes
♡ They often dont take directions as well as a adult
♡ And they get bored easily
So realistically children take more time, patience, products, control and skill to complete a lasting braid style.

Coloured braids:
♡ Hair does not come in packs of a few strands,
♡ A whole pack is required for a standard set of coloured dutch braids
♡ I do not buy cheap hair as its a nightmare and looks horrendous and will not last
♡ For 1 standard pack of decent single coloured pre stretched hair starts from 8.99
♡ i only use top quality braiding products, tools and setting products this makes the style last way longer
♡ Accessories and glitter and jewellery are all best that can be purchased to make your braids wow factor
♡ Sometime i might even pop in a free extra 😁
♡ There is no Popping any coloured hair involved it takes practice, patience, control, skill and a love for creating smiles on peoples faces
This is not a moan far from it
Just a bit of educating on what it take to complete the braid style u want with a bit of love thrown in.
My braids last, i will go a little extra for you, i work with all ages and s*x, and i try keep my prices low and affordable.
But my time, skill, love and creative flare, is something you cant put a price on 😉

Was a little rusty ngl highlights are my anxiety trigger and i had 3 sets last week 😱🥴
But we were both very happy with the end result 😍
