A lot of people start focusing on “wanting more” because filler dissolves unevenly over time, swelling can distort your perception at first, and social media can normalize overfilled lips. But more filler does not always mean better lips. In many cases, overfilling stretches the tissue, blurs the border of the lips, and increases the risk of migration — where filler moves outside the lip area and creates heaviness or a “shelf” above the lip.

Dermal filler has been used to substitute support in the mid-cheek where ageing had started and support lost. Because of this support loss in the mid cheek, lines were forming in the lower faces creating nose-mouth lines.
