🤍 A £20 deposit or 15% of the treatment cost (whichever is greater) is required to secure your appointment. Deposits can be paid by card, bank transfer or cash.

🤍 The remaining balance is payable at your appointment.

🤍 Block booking packages must be paid in full at the time of booking or at your first appointment.

📅 Cancellation Policy
• 48 hours' notice or more – your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.
• Less than 48 hours' notice – your deposit will be forfeited.
• Same-day cancellations – 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
• No-shows – 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
❗Please note: All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferable.
