Manual Lymphatic Drainage is often talked about in relation to post-surgery recovery, but you don’t need to have had surgery to consider MLD.

It’s an incredibly gentle treatment that many of our clients choose simply because they enjoy how it makes their body feel.

Hey everyone so my daughters girlfriend is doing a trek along the Great Wall of china in September

She is aiming to raise £4000 for the charity copper feel - a charity for breast cancer awareness and education aimed specifically to the younger generation to provide education in schools and early detection

We are asking any if you lovely people would like to make a minimum of donation of £2 (more if you choose ❤️)
