🚨 CLIENT REMINDER — PLEASE READ 🚨

We’ve already had multiple no-shows and last-minute cancellations this week, and it’s only Wednesday 🥲

We completely understand that things happen and sometimes plans change — we really do. However, please remember that appointments are our income and our livelihood. When an appointment is missed or cancelled last minute, it’s very difficult for us to fill that space, meaning we lose out on income for that time.

✨ Our cancellation policy:
• Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the appointment
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled/rearranged and charges may apply.

We hate having to do reminders like this, but we really appreciate your understanding and respect for our time 🤍

If you can’t make your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible. Even a little notice gives us a chance to offer the appointment to someone else.
