Off to Amsterdam this weekend 🇳🇱✈️ I signed up for a course that’s well outside my comfort zone. The nervous-excited energy is real but that’s exactly why I’m doing it — the more I push myself, the more I can bring to my lovely clients. Let’s go 🙌

3 years of meeting brilliant clients, some who’ve become proper friends along the way. The bit I’m most proud of is that my very first clients are still coming back 🥹

As a small business owner you always wonder, am I good enough, do people actually like me, will they come back? Having so many of you stick around from day one has quietened those worries more than you know 🙏

Bit of an update — with the house renovations Mourne Recovery Room took a back seat for a while, but I love to learn and I’m back at it. I’ve started a new course recently that has me absolutely 💩myself 😅 Nervous but excited, it’s going to let me offer you an even wider range of massage techniques and help identify & treat sports injuries.
