If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the booking I still require payment .

I still have bills to pay etc. I understand circumstances come up , plans being cancelled, illness etc however this isn’t my fault and I have allocated time to your appointment and that is most likely not going to get filled on such short notice.

In the past 48 hours I have had several people canceling last minute it’s not fair . I cannot run a business like that .

So please be aware if you are canceling within that time frame that full payment for the appointment must be made
