Just a wee reminder that I'm on my holidays!

I've been doing my usual and answering messages and booking appointments 🫠 but as of now the work stuff is on mute and I'll get back to any messages when I'm back next week 😘😘

I’ve held off bringing in a booking policy for as long as humanly possible because I’m all for being understanding when life happens.

BUT… the no-shows and last-minute cancellations are becoming a bit of a regular hobby for some people 👀😂

And unfortunately, when you don’t turn up... I don’t get paid. I’m self-employed, so that empty appointment = £££ straight out of my pocket.

You wouldn’t fancy going to work for half a day, and then being told “cheers, you don’t need paid for that”… so please don’t make me do it either 🙏

So, after resisting for as long as I could, I’ve had to bite the bullet and introduce a booking policy.

No-shows will now be charged at 100%, and if you’ve previously no-showed or cancelled last minute, I’ll require 50% upfront for future appointments.

I promise I’m still nice, and I'll be as flexible and accommodating as possible! I’m just putting my big girl pants on and protecting my diary (and my bank balance 😂).

📚 I’m back at college now, so until I finish in May, my working days will be:

WEDNESDAY — 10am–2pm
THURSDAY — Normal hours
