This past year, i’ve had the pleasure of providing services to 196 individual clients — new faces, regulars, family & friends. Thank you to every single person who has walked through my doors and supported my little business!

And even if you’ve never been a client, every like, comment, share & repost helps more than you know.

Most importantly, thank you to my family & my partner for pushing me through the tough days and celebrating the best ones with me.

1ST SEPTEMBER UPDATES🌅

PLEASE CAN ALL CLIENTS TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS IN FULL.

This isn’t a post I wanted to have to make, but unfortunately, it is something that needs to be addressed.

As mentioned in my previous August update, there will be a few changes moving forward within the business.

One of the changes I stressed was that all outstanding appointment balances must be paid before leaving the studio. It is not fair on me or my small business to have to chase payments after clients have left their appointment.

Unfortunately, I have recently had a new client attend the studio, receive a treatment and leave without paying. I have contacted the client over the past three days requesting payment, and every message has been ignored.

I find this completely unacceptable and extremely disrespectful to my business. I work hard to provide a professional service, and I should not have to chase clients for payment after they have received their treatment.

Therefore, from 1st September, the following payment procedure will apply:

• Any remaining balance must be paid before your appointment via bank transfer.
• If you arrive at the studio with an outstanding balance, this must be paid in CASH.
• I will no longer be allowing clients to leave the studio with an outstanding balance or relying on bank transfers being made after appointments.

I hope everyone can understand why this change is necessary and respect this going forward.

BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS

I will also be returning to using a paper diary for appointments.

A 50% deposit will still be required via bank transfer to secure your appointment.

Going forward, I will ask all clients to contact me via Instagram or Facebook regarding appointments. I will also be sharing my business contact number for WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Please note that you will no longer receive appointment confirmations via message.

I really appreciate the continued support of all my lovely, respectful clients and hope you can understand that these changes are necessary to protect my time, my business and the service I provide.
