🌿A deep tissue massage is a focused, therapeutic treatment designed to relieve tension in the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.
Unlike a relaxing massage, it uses slow, firm pressure and targeted techniques to work into tight or overworked areas. This makes it especially beneficial for people with chronic pain, muscle stiffness, or those who are physically active.
During the treatment, I may use my hands, knuckles, forearms, or elbows to reach deeper muscle layers. You might feel some discomfort in particularly tight areas, but it should always feel manageable and purposeful rather than painful.
Deep tissue massage can help to:
• Release muscle knots and adhesions
• Improve mobility and flexibility
• Reduce pain and stiffness
• Support recovery after sport or physical work
• Enhance circulation and healing
After a session, it’s common to feel looser, lighter, and more mobile, though you may experience mild soreness for a day or two—similar to post-exercise soreness.
It’s a highly effective treatment for anyone needing more than relaxation, especially those with ongoing muscle tension or injury-related tightness.

🌿MYOFASCIAL RELEASE🌿
Myofascial Release – not just deep pressure
Myofascial Release is a slow, focused treatment that listens to your body rather than forcing it.
Instead of oil and fast strokes, MFR uses gentle, sustained pressure to release tight connective tissue and ease long-held tension.
Many people are surprised by how effective this calm, subtle approach can be 💆♀️
What is Myofascial Release (MFR)?
Myofascial Release is a gentle, hands-on therapy that works with the body’s connective tissue (fascia) to reduce pain, restore movement, and improve function.
Fascia can become tight or restricted due to injury, repetitive strain, stress, or poor posture. MFR uses slow, sustained pressure to allow the tissue to soften and release naturally.
Commonly helpful for:
• Chronic pain
• Neck, shoulder, and back tension
• Restricted movement
• Postural issues
• Stress-related

• Old injuries that still affect how you move
• Stress held deep in the body
Clients often report feeling:
✔ Looser and more balanced
