My favourite ritual of all.🙏
Hosting a slow and gentle yoga and yoga nidra session for women. 🧘♀️
We moved through poses that support focus and mental wellbeing and then let our bodies soften and truly unwind in Yoga Nidra.🪷
All with the back drop of nature🌿

Nail Technician, having a moment to breathe. I knew my yoga practice would come in handy😆.
I am all shiny new to the Nail industry and this puts pressure on me. I am also nearing 50 and navigating peri-menopause so my thoughts and feelings are very much heightened at the moment and as the brain always goes to the negative outcome first, this is because it is trying to keep you safe, then i often feel ' I am not good enough' or dare i say it "young enough". 🥰
But, Here i am, feeling the nerves but doing it anyway.😳
Did you have these doubts at the beginning of your nail journey? 🤔 💅

🌙 For the woman who feels calm on the outside but tense inside
Many women live with a quiet form of anxiety.
You keep going.
You support everyone.
You appear calm.
But your body may feel:
• tight shoulders
• racing thoughts
• difficulty switching off
• exhausted but wired
Your nervous system simply hasn’t had space to rest.
I’m creating a small 4-week space called
Rest Under the Half Moon.
A gentle weekly class including:
✨ slow yoga
✨ calming self-massage
✨ affirmations
✨ deep Yoga Nidra relaxation
A place where your body can finally soften.
If you would like the details, comment MOON and I will send them to you 🌙
Gently pushing back and removing the cuticle. 🪬
Removing the cuticle allows for the gel polish to adhere better and longer to the nail. This takes me the longest time, which always will. Prep is key. 🔮
