We are slowly coming to the end of summer, it’s been lovely actually getting some use out of my brighter colours this season, we’ve probably got one more set until I start to see the autumn colours coming out, get booked in before we wave goodbye to summer 👋🏻

Can someone explain the psychology behind when we have a nice set of lashes we don’t feel the need to wear any makeup.

Lash extensions just give you that no-makeup, makeup look, feeling put together without actually having to do anything.

It’s Back! 🍰

Last year I launched a limited edition scent in the cuticle oil line for my birthday and you guys sold it out. This is the scent Birthday Cake, a sweet, edible gourmand fragrance defined by primary notes of vanilla sponge cake, creamy buttercream frosting, and sugary rainbow sprinkles 🧁

I’ve done this design quite a few times now and it never gets old, a French tip, blooming flower and a sprinkle of glitter, this looks stunning in every colour, perfect for the summer 🌼🍋⛱️

Would you believe me if I told you this prom client had 4 appointments with me in order to get her makeup perfect for her prom day 😅

Izzy came to her first trial with an inspo pic of a full coverage glam with warm toned eyes, in our consultation I asked a very important question, do you want it a neutral glam or a natural glam? -these are very different. After talking it over we went with a neutral glam.

After a few days Izzy decided that she wanted to try a natural glam to see what it looks like, this time with a cool toned eye. We went for a glowy, light base with a natural brow.

After having a more natural brow Izzy decided she wanted
them tidying up a little, so we booked another appointment for a brow wax.

When she came for her prom day, Izzy decided to mix the two trials and go for a full coverage glowy base, fuller brows and a cool toned eye.

Trials are not necessary but if you’re unsure on what you like then a trial is definitely worth booking.

We got there in the end, and it was all worth it to see the end result, wow!💚

A reminder that I still do brown lash extensions as well as black. I just don’t tend to take many pics of the brown sets as to be honest they’re an absolute nightmare to photograph!

Taking pics of lashes is an art in itself, getting the lens to focus on these tiny little details isn’t for the weak, but then add in bright lighting and softer lashes and the camera just doesn’t seem to be my friend 🥲

Thankfully we managed to get a few in focus for this set, if you’ve ever wondered why I’ve not posted your pics, it is 100% because I don’t know how to use a camera 😂

Over the last 6 months we have been trialing the Korean method of lash lifting and the consensus is that we all seem to prefer it over the traditional method.

So after much thought I’ve decided it’s time to say goodbye to the traditional lash lift and move forward with just the Korean version. It doesn’t make sense to keep purchasing the traditional solutions for it to end up in the bin at expiry.

The Korean version is priced slightly higher, this is because the products are a bit more expensive. So you will notice a slight price increase on any package services that include a lash lift.

This will be happening on the 1st August so if you’ve wanted to give a brow & lash package a go, now is the time to book (as of now all packages will include a Korean Lash Lift) 🏃‍♀️

Another lush prom makeup 🥂

It’s actually lovely seeing a client smile in photos, as soon as a camera is pointed at us we all tend to do a little pose rather than smile, I promise clients are leaving happy 😂🫶🏻

It’s coming up to that time again when I actually take a few days off work. I won’t be available on Saturday 8th, Saturday 15th and Tuesday 18th of August for my birthday 🎂🎉

Obviously Saturday appointments will be quite limited next month, if you are able to come on a weekday I’d massively appreciate it so that those that can only do Saturdays can still get booked in. If you can only do Saturdays please book in advance 🫶🏼
