Lips after dissolving… and NOW 🫦🍒

This gorgeous client returned just two weeks after having her lips dissolved. Her previous filler had become heavy, uneven and had migrated, so together we made the decision to dissolve and start again with a fresh foundation.

Today, we’ve recreated her lips using the Juvederm range, focusing on restoring soft shape, balance and natural-looking volume that complements her features rather than overpowering them.

To complete her treatment, we also added a small amount of filler to her chin to improve facial harmony and create a more balanced profile from both the front and side. It’s often the subtle adjustments that make the biggest difference to the overall result.

The final outcome is beautifully refreshed, balanced and natural—exactly what we were aiming for. ✨

Please remember there is some immediate swelling after treatment, so the lips and chin will continue to settle over the next few days, revealing the finished result.

Here’s what you should know…

Tear trough filler is designed to soften the hollow area beneath the eyes, helping you look more refreshed and less tired.

It won’t completely remove dark circles, especially if they’re caused by pigmentation or your skin quality, but it can significantly improve the shadows created by volume loss.

Treatment is quick, with minimal downtime, and results are visible immediately, continuing to settle beautifully over the following 1–2 weeks.

Results typically last around 9–18 months, although everyone’s body metabolises filler differently.

The aim isn’t to change how you look—it’s to restore a fresher, well-rested version of you while keeping your results natural.

As with all treatments at Enhanced, a full consultation and assessment is carried out first, as tear trough filler isn’t suitable for everyone. Choosing the right treatment is just as important as knowing when not to treat.
