As the curtain closes on this year’s Spring Cup, it’s time for the lads to enjoy a well-earned summer break before we return ready for the new season in September.
It’s been a rocky road at times this season, but what has stood out most is the character, determination, and resilience shown by this group. When things got tough, the boys dug deep, stuck together, and put themselves exactly where they needed to be heading into the new season.
The performances over the last few weeks have shown what this team is capable of, and with some exciting new signings joining the squad recently, there’s a real buzz around what’s to come.
The foundations are in place, the standards are rising, and this is shaping up to be a team that will take some stopping next season.

This transformation was so much more than just applying a black dye. When hair has been heavily lightened, it loses the warm underlying pigments that naturally exist in darker hair colours. If we were to apply black colour straight over blonde, the result could turn flat, muddy, khaki, or fade unevenly very quickly.

To create a rich, healthy looking black and keep the integrity of the hair, we first had to refill the hair with the missing pigments that had previously been lifted out during the bleaching process. This step is essential for depth, longevity, shine, and an even result.

EXTENSION GIRLIES ✨
If you want your extensions looking fresh, full & flawless for as long as possible, here are my top DOs & DON’Ts 👇

💖 DO:
• Brush your extensions daily with a soft bristle brush.
• Sleep with your hair in a loose braid or ponytail.
• Use heat protectant every time you style.
• Keep up with your maintenance appointments
• Use salon-quality shampoo & conditioner.
• Use an hair oil through your mid lengths and ends daily.
• Don’t wash them more than once a week, if you feel the need to then just do a top wash leaving the extensions out.

🚫 DON’T:
• Sleep with wet hair
• Overuse oils near the bonds/tapes
• Rip through knots when brushing
• Skip maintenance for too long
• Use harsh products with sulphates/alcohol
• Tie your hair up too tightly every day
