🫧Cuticle oil daily (morning & night)
Cold air + indoor heating = moisture loss!
Oiling daily keeps nails flexible & prevents lifting.

🧤Wear gloves outdoors
Cold temperatures dry nails fast & can cause peeling!

🚿Avoid soaking nails in hot water
Hot water weakens the nail plate, lukewarm is best.

⚒️Don’t pick or peel BIAB
This removes layers of your natural nail & causes weakness!
