Watch this space🤩 Can't wait 😀
The incredible mechanism of the SkinPen microneedling device will make sure safe, precise and consistent depth for up to 8hrs without leaving signs of tearing on the skin.
Experience a natural stimulation of collagen and elastin production to target acne, acne scars, fine lines and wrinkles, skin texture, pigmentation, surgical scars, stretch marks and many more skin conditions.
I'm not trained in social media making post, reels or stories and understanding that crazy algorithm system that makes me feel totally useless in that field.
I'm trained in skin health, helping people to understand and deal with their skin struggles. To stop them guessing, what they should or shouldn't be doing with theirs skin.
As a advanced skin therapist, I'll prepare the best facial treatment for my clients, give them best health & wellbeing advice, provide them with their individual homecare skincare plan and recommend the best products to reach their skin goals. We will follow to see if the skin adapts well to the changes or if it needs upgrading. We will go through their skincare journey together.
That's what I trained and specialise in, not making more content for the social media, it's exhausting 😅
Your skin is directly connected to your nervous system. If your body goes through chronic stress you may start to experience acne, psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, hives etc.
When you're constantly stressed, your body activates "fight or flight" response that is releasing adrenaline and cortisol hormones. This sets off inflammation, increased oil production, impaired skin barrier and delayed healing response.
Having regular facials done will help to improve your mental wellbeing, decrease cortisol levels, lower down blood pressure which will help to improve internal inflammation and trigger quicker healing of the skin conditions.

I'm a massive believer in skincare technology. You will see me using different tools and machines during facial treatment, to fully optimise your skin health. Here's a little bit about Oxygen Therapy and its benefits to the skin.
This Oxygenating, hyperbaric dome mask with anion system and LED releases 90% pure oxygen and negative ions (air vitamins) which are comfortably infused into the skin, boosting various benefits of any products applied to the skin during facial. Your skin is not only recieving the benefits of pure oxygen but your body is too as you breathe it in. Every day our skin is bombarded with an excess of positive ions that wear our skin down. They cause skin tiredness, dullness, fine lines and wrinkles, dermatitis. Negative ions released by the oxygen dome mask, fights against free radicals that harm our skin as well as replace damaged skin cells, which helps balance skin pH. As a result, acne - causing bacteria are destroyed, collagen production is stimulated, nutrient intake is supported, and the tone and texture of the skin is significantly improved. Your skin will feel and look refreshed and rejuvenated.

Acne can be a very stubborn and distressing condition. What you thought was supposed to be a teenage acne that has continued into adulthood.
In understanding your acne, you need to realize, that it is an external reflection of your internal imbalance. That can be caused by a variety of factors that need to be addressed individually in order to bring internal balance and to achieve clear skin.
I've been working with Lisa for quite some time to treat the root causes of her acne. What we have realised is, that her acne was mostly triggered by food intolerances and internal inflammation. She has made massive changes to her diet which fixed her gut issues and we saw improvement in her skin. A new skincare plan that we had to adjust a few times, helped to maintain beautiful clear skin.
On your journey towards clear skin, think that your acne is a visible alarm that something is off internally. This is an opportunity to optimise your health by listening to your skin and your body.
What a beautiful post from acknowledging skin therapists for their skills and knowledge, helping their clients to have beautiful, healthy skin. Grateful for the recognition of our core essence, working hands on clients'skin and years of training that never ends.
Thank you 🙏

Neck & deco are the most overlooked part of the skincare routine. The skin there is 40% thinner than on the face. It contains fewer oil glands and weaker muscular support. That makes it highly susceptible to premature aging, sun damage and sagging. It's important to support these areas with daily skincare. There's no need for buying products specifically made for neck and decolletage, just use the same skincare as on face.
