A little moment of gratitude seeing just how far my business has progressed over the last couple years. Grateful to all my brides past, present and future for trusting me to be a part of their day.
Bridal hair started off as an ‘additional’ service I offered and is now becoming the main focus of my business. Although starting up my own business 9 years ago was the best thing I’ve ever done, self employment over time (in my experience) can definitely reach a point of feeling stagnant in your career but hard work does definitely pay off if you put in the effort and this new direction of work I’m heading in has come at exactly the right time in my life. Change is good, don’t be afraid of it! Excited for the next couple years ahead for Bridal by Ava Spence 🤍✨

I’ve been lucked recently with such fabulous heads of hair to work on! The brief for this bridal party was all the same but what I love about same style requests is that everyone still gets an individual spin on the same look due to their different hair lengths, thickness and texture 🫶🏼
The gorgeous Rhodaleigh came up from England to celebrate her marriage in her special place 🏴🤍
We transformed her bob with a full head of clip in extensions from styled with soft waves to create an effortless bouncy blow dry like finish. Thank you for choosing me as your bridal hairstylist, you were a dream ✨

Will forever love a power pony! The perfect style for brides or bridesmaids if you want your hair all back but don’t feel that a hair up is quite right for you 🫶🏼
My two favourite products for helping create this look were the Schwarzkopf Professional ‘dust it’ grip powder to add volume to the pony and the glow serum to help keep the hair looking smooth and shiny alongside the fullness!

This was a special wedding for me because although I only met Lauren for the first time at her bridal trial, she’s marrying into an amazing family who hold a place in my heart and I’m so glad I was able to reconnect with a few of them for the morning of this wedding, it was such a fun morning! 2028 DIARY OPENING SOON…
It’s almost time to open for 2028 bookings 👀 for the last year I have been patiently waiting for my own wedding venue to open their diary so I can secure my wedding date and I finally have news that I’ll be able to do so in October! As soon as my weddings booked and I arrange my annual leave, the diary for bookings will officially open!
