Katie's treatment journey

Introducing Katie. Katie booked in with me to look at treating cystic acne. Despite having a good skincare regime & being prescribed antibiotics to treat, nothing appeared to be working.

With consultation & skin analysis, we agreed to start a course of chemical skin peels to start with to see how her skin responded. Using CLINICARE Pure & Clear chemical peels spaced at three weekly intervals, improvements are being made - top photos are pre any treatment & below are taken 9 weeks since starting. Larger, deeper blemishes have reduced & breakouts are now becoming infrequent as inflammation is subsiding.

Going forward, Katie will continue with a further course of peels with the introduction of some Microneedling sessions to tackle some residual scarring. With this & with regular review of her course of treatments & home skin care routine, Katie is well on her way to achieving her goal of having a clearer complexion & having the confidence to wear minimal makeup at will.
