1. 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙍𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙡𝙚
• Select a candle with essential oils that match your intention:
• Lavender: calming, sleep aid
• Eucalyptus: clears the mind, good for congestion
• Citrus (lemon, orange): uplifting, energizing
• Peppermint: focus, mental clarity
• Rose or Ylang Ylang: emotional balance, romance

2. 𝙎𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙤𝙤𝙙
• Choose a quiet, clean & comfortable space.
• Dim the lights or use the candle as a soft light source.
• Consider playing gentle music or nature sounds.

3. 𝙇𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙡𝙚 𝙎𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙡𝙮
• Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch (6 mm) before lighting.
• Place the candle on a heat-safe surface away from drafts or flammable items.
• Light the candle and let it burn until the wax pool reaches the edge of the container (usually 1–2 hours) to prevent tunneling.

4. 𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙭
• Sit or lie down comfortably near the candle.
• Inhale the scent deeply and slowly.
• Focus on your breath or meditate to enhance the effect.

5. 𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙎𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨
• Use for 20–60 minutes depending on your goal.
• Don’t leave the candle burning unattended or while sleeping.

• Blow it out gently or use a snuffer.
• Avoid blowing too hard to prevent splashing hot wax.
• Let the wax solidify before moving or storing.
