And just like that⦠my first bridal styling membership was born. š„¹šāØ
If youāve followed me for a while, youāll know this didnāt happen overnight.
Itās been built through years of working with brides, teaching masterclasses, mentoring stylists and answering hundreds of messages that all started the same wayā¦
āCan I ask your advice on something?ā
āI had a trial the other dayā¦ā
āIām not sure how to replyā¦ā
Those messages made me realise something.
Learning a new technique is one thing.
Working with real brides is something completely different.
Because no course can prepare you for every situation youāll face.
A bride changes her mind after her trial.
A hairstyle doesnāt quite behave the way you expected.
You drive home replaying the morning in your head, wondering what you could have done differently.
Or you just need someone to look at a photo and say, āHereās what Iād do.ā
Thatās why I created The Styling Circle.
A place where you donāt have to work it all out on your own.
A place to ask the questions that only come from working with real brides.
A place to refine your styling, build confidence in your decisions and learn from someone whoās been exactly where you are.
Because sometimes the biggest breakthrough doesnāt come from another tutorial.
It comes from one conversation.
And I couldnāt help but wonderā¦
What could change if you didnāt have to figure it all out on your own?
⨠The doors to The Styling Circle are now open.
Whilst everyone else is packing for festivals this summer⦠youāll usually find me packing for another wedding morning.
If Iām travelling across the UK and staying away overnight for one of my brides, these are the beauty products that have earned a permanent place in my makeup bag.
⨠LāOrĆ©al Paris Revitalift Glass Skin Liquid Cream , Iāve genuinely used this for over a year and love the fresh, glowy base it gives my skin before makeup.
š¤ YSL All Hours Bronzer, My favourite multitasker. Bronzer and eyeshadow in one, so it keeps my 4am routine nice and simple.
š Maybelline Sky High Mascara , Iāve repurchased this more times than I can remember. I always come back to it.
š Maybelline Lifter Plump Gloss , Iām not really a lipstick girl, but I do love a glossy lip. This adds a lovely wash of colour, feels hydrating and gives that subtle plumping effect (just be prepared for the little tingle! š).
These are the products I reach for because they fit my routine and make getting ready at 4am a little easier.
If I had to save just one from my makeup bag, itād be the LāOrĆ©al Paris Revitalift Glass Skin Liquid Cream. Itās become a staple in my everyday routine and gives my skin that healthy glow before I even start applying my makeup.
Whatās the one beauty product youād be devastated to leave behind?
I genuinely thought everyone knew this unwritten rule⦠š
If someone compliments your outfit, shoes or bag, youāre automatically obliged to tell them:
⨠Where itās from.
⨠How much it was.
⨠Whether itās still available.
⨠And if there was a discount involved. š
Itās just girl code, isnāt it?
Be honest⦠whatās the first question you ask after āI love your outfitā? šš

I never thought creating content would become such a big part of my job.
When I first started talking to the camera, Iāll be honest⦠it felt really awkward.
I worried Iād sound silly, look cringe and wondered whether anyone actually wanted to hear what I had to say.
Then I realised something.
Almost every bride enquiring with me had found me on Instagram.
They werenāt just looking at my hairstyles.
They wanted to know who theyād be spending one of the biggest mornings of their lives with.
They wanted to hear my voice, get a feel for my personality and know theyād feel comfortable when I walked through the door at 6am.
So if youāre putting off filming because it feels uncomfortableā¦
Please donāt wait until it feels perfect.
Some of my favourite pieces of content have been filmed on busy wedding mornings, in tiny bedrooms, while prepping my brides with the products I use every single weekend.
The important thing isnāt that itās perfect.
Itās that itās real.
Because someone is already looking for exactly what you doā¦
They just need the chance to see it.
This little moment was filmed while I was prepping my brideās hair using some of my go-to LāOrĆ©al Professionnel products. I nearly didnāt press record⦠and Iām so glad I did.

A little look behind the weddings
The last one was the biggest surprise š®
My son turned 21 this month.
One tradition Iāll never stop is birthday breakfast
When he was little it usually was pancakes he asked for his breakfast on his birthday , and it reminded me of a story that still makes me laugh now.
My mother-in-law was looking after him one day ( not his birthday) while I was at work. As I was walking out of the door she asked,
āWhat does Mummy normally make you for breakfast?ā
Without even thinking he repliedā¦
āPancakes every day!ā š
I can assure you that definitely wasnāt true.
This year it was pastries, fruit, yoghurt and iced coffee.
Some traditions are just too nice to stop.
I can safely say that zero therapy has helped more than anything else.
As someone who absolutely loves skincare and makeup, stripping everything back has been much harder than I thought it would be.
At the moment itās just water, one moisturiser, SPF and hoping my skin barrier keeps repairing itself.
Itās definitely heading in the right directionā¦
Just very slowly.
Some in gorgeous family homes.
Some in the most incredible venues.
Iāve also welcomed three lovely brides for their previews.
The sleek half-up, half-down Hollywood waves have definitely been one of this yearās most requested styles and I still absolutely love creating them.
The best bitā¦
No two brides ever wear it exactly the same.
One thing Iām really grateful for this month is my Bridal Collective team.
Theyāve supported me on almost every wedding.
For larger bridal parties it means everyone gets the time and attention they deserve.
I genuinely love watching everyone doing what they do best.
It makes such a difference to the whole morning.
Iām working weekends.
My husband works all week.
So when we get chance, we make time.
This month we escaped to Cambridge for cocktails, sushi at SticksānāSushi and a proper catch up.
Weāve always said weāll never become that couple who sits in silence over dinner.
Thereās always something to talk about.
Althoughā¦
If weāve had a little disagreement there might be five quiet minutes first. š

Sometimes the best wedding hair isnāt the hairstyle you originally planned.
When Olivia came to her preview, she had a completely different vision. We created a more structured look with extra height and a much more polished, set finish.
But a few weeks before the wedding, we had a chat.
She told me sheād been thinking about it and wanted something softer. More movement. A style that still felt polished but that she could run her fingers through.
Thatās one of the reasons I always encourage my brides to stay in touch after their preview. Sometimes your vision evolves, and thatās absolutely okay.
As soon as Olivia described the finish she was looking for, I knew exactly what I wanted to reach for.
Iād recently added the Mark Hill Pick āNā Mix Heated Round Brush to my bridal kit after using it on my own hair, and I loved the soft, bouncy finish it created. It gave us that polished look without making the hair feel overly styled.
By the end of the morning Iād reached for it again when styling her glamorous mum, and it quickly became the tool everyone was asking about.
Itās funny how the smallest finishing touches often make the biggest difference.
Whatās the one tool you constantly reach for in your kit?

If youāre new here, hereās something you might not know about meā¦
Type B (or maybe Type A pretending to be Type B? š)
Decide to have a little declutterā¦
End up emptying the entire garage.
Decide to freshen up the kitchenā¦
Now the whole house feels upside down and somehow looks worse than when I started.
Please tell me Iām not the only one who does this? š¤£
Thankfully weāve booked Centre Parcs Spa for Friday because I think Iāve earned a sit down by the time this kitchen is finished.
