When you book a PMU treatment with me, you have the option to add on a ‘secret tattoo’ for just £25 extra. For that price, why wouldn’t you? It would be such a waste…

Throughout July, I was giving away free consultations, yep, I am generous like that 😉. But don’t panic if you missed it because I offer 30-minute consultations for just £10, so why not book yourself in.

A lot of the questions I get asked are about brows. The what, where and how. And my answer remains the same: it is different for everyone! But my golden rule is that although hairstroke brows look gorgeous, I would only recommend them if the brows were already full(ish) and we were filling in gaps. If the brow has seen better days (think 90s chic), I would suggest a combination brow to add varying amounts of shading alongside the hairstrokes…which is exactly what this client chose.

Today, we are using a bit of AI to explore the benefits of microneedling, a popular treatment with my clients. I LOVE microneedling and could really rant about it for hours.

I’m still not sure what I feel about AI. Yes, this is a graphic I made months back, but I am a busy girl with clients waiting for their summer glow-up, so if repurposing content keeps the algorithm happy, then I am prepared to indulge occasionally.

I haven’t done a post like this for a while because previously, my breast posts got me into trouble. Yes, I know, it’s ridiculous….

So let’s see if the powers that be will let me post about something this important without giving me a slap on the wrist. Promoting the work I do to help women feel good about themselves should not be taboo; it should be something worth discussing time and time again. Empowerment is everything.

I am not too humble to admit this, but I do actually receive quite a lot of positive feedback. Why does it sometimes feel a bit icky to say that, though? Is it because talking about our wins is still seen as embarrassing? Who knows.

But I am here to change that stigma because I am always the first to champion others when they share their wins.

So here I am shouting about some more lovely feedback I received from another of my gorgeous clients. Thank you so much; it is always a pleasure! And yes, I do genuinely love what I do.

Aesthetic treatments aren’t always about making things bigger – don’t be rude! 😂😂😂

Lip filler, for example, isn’t just about making lips fuller (although that is a popular request); many clients come to me wanting a more even shape. Maybe they have always had lips that they didn’t love, or the shape has changed with age; there are many reasons.

This lovely lady wanted lips that gave her more confidence. And guess what? We achieved that!

Everyone has an alter ego, but we don’t always show it. It often stays behind closed doors in case it is considered a bit too much or ‘cringe’ in certain circles.

The tattooing side of my business definitely brings out my alter ego, and I kinda like that. Let’s be honest, I would never be a shrinking violet in any walk of life, but tattooing brings out my creative side, some may say my more extroverted side.

To meet my alter ego (no pressure, Laura…), maybe it’s time for some ink yourself.
