The sunburn or deep tan you get today adds straight to your skin's permanent "damage bank." Your skin keeps a strict receipt of every single day of unprotected exposure, and it will show up years from now.
To fully shield your skin structure from deep cellular mutations and future-proof your health, make sure your sun protection routine checks these three non-negotiable boxes today:

1. Broad-Spectrum Protection Make sure your bottle says "Broad-Spectrum" or features a high UVA rating (look for PA++++ or a circled UVA logo).
