After almost twenty years as a primary school teacher, honesty is just built into who I am.
Back in the classroom, I would never use a resource or suggest a approach unless I knew for a fact it actually worked. That mindset hasn’t changed at all now that I’m running my skin clinic.
I know how frustrating it is to waste money on products that promise the world and do absolutely nothing. I’ve been there myself, especially during those years of sheer sleep deprivation. That’s why I will never push a brand or a product I don’t completely believe in.

If you have been looking to book, I have a big update to share. On Friday 31st July, I had to pack up my room on Cathedral Green. Following the sudden closure of Forty Five Pilates, the situation was completely out of my control and no fault of my own, and I am truly heartbroken to leave.
After a quiet trip to Cornwall with family to reset, I am ready for this next chapter.
