🍂 THE AUTUMN EDIT — bold fall shades, using the sponge technique! 🙌

Ohhhh I’ve had some fun with these guys!
I’ve discovered the sponge technique… OK, so it may have been around for a while, but I never got on with it! It never seemed to apply properly and seemed to go everywhere but the nail 🫪🤣However, since discovering some itty bitty little sponges and a great tool for applying, it has been SO much fun and I’ve cracked it.

These shades were literally just sponged on, and with the rich pigment of Magic gels, the effect was stunning! I did two layers and just used a brush to get right into those cuticle areas and add some depth.

My client wanted autumn, but colourful… and so this is what we did! A mix of rich, bold shades that bring all those beautiful autumn colours to life. 🍂💖

My favourite shades at work again! 🤎✨
This time, meet Fern’s party nails! Fern is Jenny’s daughter — remember those amazing cat’s eye nails? Another of my lovely dancing ladies, and these matched her dress perfectly at our Vibes cocktail night! 🍸💃

We used Crush, my most-used glitter this season, with those gorgeous russet tones and a little chocolate brown. And of course, I had to add some glittery leaves… one of my favourite things to paint. Can you tell? 😂🍂

Crush is currently in the Magic outlet too, btw — an absolute steal! ✨

🍂✨ AUTUMN LEAVES & COCKTAIL EVE! 🍸

Cat eye, chrome, hand-painted leaves and cinnamon glitter… we’ve brought all the autumn magic to this set! 🤎

I used Magic Cat Eye in beige for that beautiful shimmering background, then applied a matte top coat before adding the detail. It creates such a lovely soft canvas, letting the dark brown branches and cinnamon glitter leaves really stand out without losing that gorgeous cat eye glow. ✨

For the other nails, I brought out one of my original rose gold chromes from Lecente — and what a combination! Warm, glowy and absolutely perfect for autumn. 🍁

These nails belong to our lovely Elaine — dancer, nail model and my fabulous helping hand at my sister business, Vibes Dance Company! From helping set up to collecting class payments, she does so much to help everything run smoothly. Thank you, Elaine! 🤎

And now her nails are ready for tonight’s cocktails! Autumn dresses on, nails sparkling, and a lovely evening together ahead. 🍸💃

Happy 1st October, my fellow witch sisters! 🖤✨
The season of magic has officially begun… let the fun commence! 🔮

Our first Halloween set is here, and what a gorgeous way to start! Deep purple glitter catching the light, with hand-drawn ghosts, spiders and little witchy details on every finger. A little Halloween mischief with a touch of class, created for the lovely Teigan using all Magic Gel products, of course 💜

I started October walking Luna on the beach—the first time we’ve been able to go back on there since April. Low sunshine, blue skies and autumn colours appearing everywhere. One of those mornings where you take a deep breath and think… yes, this is why I love October. 🍂

There’s something about my favourite month that always feels magical. A fresh start, new beginnings and so much to look forward to. I’m excited for all that’s to come—and to get a little more Halloween magic onto your nails!
