Due to an increasing number of last minute cancellations I will now be taking a £25 deposit when booking hair appointments.

As a self employed hairdresser, cancelled appointments directly affect my income and often leave me unable to fill those appointments slots at short notice.

Your £25 deposit will be deducted from the cost of your appointment on the day.
Deposits are non refundable if appointments are cancelled.
