💕 A Gentle Reminder to All Lash Clients | Please Read 💕

As I'm returning to work on Wednesday 14th October, I just wanted to pop on with a wee reminder regarding lash appointments.

All clients are allocated a specific time slot for their appointment, including those on my lash subscriptions, which are 1-hour INFILL appointments only.

If you've lost most or all of your lashes, please let me know BEFORE your appointment, as I may need to adjust your appointment time to accommodate a full set.

I've always tried to be as lenient and accommodating as possible, and I will continue to do my best. However, if you arrive with little to no lashes remaining, a full set price will apply, and I may not have enough time to complete the treatment within your allocated slot.

For subscription clients, your monthly subscription payment will still be required alongside any additional full set charge.

This is absolutely nothing personal to anyone. 🩷 I love looking after you all, but this is also my business and my livelihood, and I have to ensure my time and appointments are managed fairly.

Thank you all for understanding and respecting my time. I can't wait to see you all again from Wednesday 🖤🫶

I am completely back to back all week and these are now my ONLY 2 appointments left before I go away: Wednesday at 10.30am & 12pm, both are 1 hour appointments.
Unfortunately I can’t swap or move any existing appointments around as I genuinely have nowhere to move anyone to 🙈 The only exception would be if your appointment is 1 hour or less and you’d like to move into one of the two spaces above.

If you can’t make your appointment this week, please let me know ASAP so I have the chance to offer it to someone else. Please also have a wee look at the booking/cancellation policy on your email confirmation if you do need to cancel or change your appointment. 🖤

Come Saturday at 5pm I am officially signing off for my holiday 🍹☀️ I’ll still have access to my messages, but replies will be much slower than usual. If you’re looking for an appointment for when I’m back, please use my online booking link (below) as that will be the quickest and easiest way to get booked in rather than waiting for me to reply.
