I’m delighted to announce that from Sunday 23rd August, I’ll be offering Sports Massage & Recovery at Muscle Hut 3.0 Gym, Falkirk – and I’ll be there every other Sunday after that.

After recently relocating from Ireland, I’m excited to bring my experience to one of the best gyms in the country. Over the years I’ve had the privilege of working with top-level bodybuilders, strength athletes, runners and competitors from a variety of sports, helping them prepare for competition, recover from injuries and perform at their best.

My treatments aren’t just for athletes. I also help people dealing with everyday aches, chronic pain and mobility issues, including:
