She is such a talented young stylist winning the 'one to watch award' at last years SHABA.

Isla will be taking clients every Thursday and Friday and alternate Monday/Saturdays. She is amazing with a razor and creative colour... head over to her page to see her work.. new content incoming. Isla.

We spent Monday diving into the world of session styling with the amazing , what a day it was!

I’ve always wanted to explore this side of hairdressing more, but never quite understood it. I’m quite a methodical, disciplined stylist, so stepping into something with so much freedom was a challenge… but such an exciting one! Like anything, it all starts with the basics...and I took away so many valuable tips that I’ll carry forward, especially for and my entry👏👏

Another brilliant day with the Project Scotland team loving every minute those serious concentration faces😂 and of course to our incredible mentors and this year is flying by, and it’s been amazing so far!

Learning, growing, and embracing the beauty of Afro hair and culture. ✨

Yesterday with Scott was amazing! From understanding shampooing and conditioning and the process at the backwash to the techniques we learned tools to use-my Chinese will be down a set of chopsticks soon😂Huge thanks to the amazing ladies and Aj for letting us work on your hair, hearing your stories and getting to know you was the best part of the day for me. A great educator notices the best way to learn is not always to be hands on .

One thing that really stuck with me: “Going to the salon should be a fun experience, but for me, it’s been traumatic.” That’s something we, as an industry, need to change. No one should ever feel excluded in a salon.

Grateful for this journey and my amazing teammates what a year it’s been so far! ❤️
