Yesterday at Deersheds I was given the privilege of hosting a floating sound bath on a lake early in the morning at this beautiful festival. Although the wind tried to ruin our plans we managed two 45 minute floating sound baths it was magical thanks to Synergy Body & Mind

And to close it all out - a double Sound Bath for Synergy Body and Mind… in a swimming pool. 🏊‍♀️🎶 Two sessions, the sound resonating through the water in the most extraordinary way. There is something truly magical about experiencing sound healing in a pool - it moves through you on a completely different level. It never gets old watching people arrive carrying the weight of the week and leave looking lighter.
