Cancellation & Deposit Policy

To ensure appointments run smoothly and to respect everyone’s time, cancellations and rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
I completely understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly, and illness or emergencies can’t always be helped. If you do need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask that you give me as much notice as possible, ideally more than 24 hours, so I have the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur in cancellation fee. Any outstanding balance will need to be settled before further appointments can be booked.

New Client Colour Appointments 🤍
A small deposit will now be required when booking a colour appointment for all new clients. This deposit secures your appointment and will be deducted from the final cost of your service.
Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

I have availability on Saturday as well 💅 Due to a lot of people booking in and cancelling as new clients, I am going to be charging a deposit for new clients through Fresha app, this will be taken off the overall cost of nails when you have attended your appointment. This is for new customers only!
