Our gorgeous client had experienced significant hair breakage after years of going from black to blonde and back again.

Although the hair on top of her head was still relatively strong, the hair underneath, particularly at the back, had become extremely weak, broken and unable to support traditional hair extensions.

And this is where PARTIAL MESH INTEGRATION comes in! 🙌✨

Rather than putting additional tension on already compromised hair, we created a partial mesh integration system to provide the support needed for her transformation.

This allowed us to create beautiful length, thickness and volume without relying on those fragile areas to hold a traditional weave. 😍

Because sometimes it’s not about what extensions you CAN fit… it’s about knowing what you SHOULDN’T fit! 👏

Hair extensions and hair replacement are not one-size-fits-all, and understanding the condition of the natural hair is absolutely essential.

I wanted to explain a little bit about where the idea for Hairplay & Back Scratcher Therapy actually came from 🤍

I’ve always been someone who LOVES having my back tickled, my hair played with and that really light, gentle touch — literally since I was a kid. There’s just something about it that makes me completely switch off.

Then when I was in Miami, I came across this type of relaxation therapy and thought… why don’t we have more of this at home?!

And that’s where the idea started.

I didn’t want to create another beauty treatment where you come in because you want to change something about the way you look.

I wanted to create something that was simply about how you FEEL.

A little bit of time where nobody needs anything from you. You don’t have to talk. You don’t have to think about work, the kids, your phone or the million things you’ve got to do afterwards.

You can literally just lie there and enjoy that feeling that I’ve loved since I was little. ☁️

That’s why I wanted to bring Hairplay & Back Scratcher Therapy to Flawless HQ.

It might not be everyone’s thing… but if you’re one of those people who could happily have their hair played with or their back tickled for HOURS — you’ll understand exactly why I created this. 😂🤍

At this point, the Flawless team know that when I say “I’ve had an idea…” it’s probably going to involve a new service, a room makeover, a photoshoot, buying something completely unnecessary-but-absolutely-necessary… or all four. 😂💅🏼✨

Do they want to stop me? Yes.
Can they stop me? Absolutely not. 😂

Because apparently running a Super Salon wasn’t enough chaos for me. 💖🌈
