Hi all I have some spaces that have become available in my 5pm Monday experienced group at the Progressive Hall in North Bradley. If you fancy a weekly body MOT and to take care of yourself in a fabulous way that is Pilates then come and join us. I never teach the same class as there are just too many things to explore.

A client this week told me that since coming to classes (since September) she has, for the first time in a few years, not been suffering with sciatica! When I hear things like this I feel such a sence of gratitude for this amazing Pilates practice.
Knowing it works for me and that I love it, I still can't just assume it's the same for everyone else 😁
