PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT -

Over the years, when we’ve had to enforce our cancellation policy ….

- We’ve been shouted at.
- We’ve been sworn at.
- We’ve had people storm out/door slammed.
- We’ve been hung up on.
- We’ve been called names.
- We’ve been ghosted.

….. the list goes on.

Please know -we genuinely HATE having to enforce our cancellation policy, and if we didn’t HAVE TO do it, we really wouldn’t choose to! The anxiety of how it will be received, really does take its toll. 💔

People that say ‘ fine. I will just go elsewhere’ will 9 times out of 10 be greeted with the same cancellation policies at other salons/clinics (and if they don’t have a cancellation policy that they enforce - they probably won’t be trading very long 😢 Late cancellations will kill a business is this industry.)

We appreciate not everyone can see it from our perspective and it feels more like a harsh punishment. So hopefully this post will help 🤗
