We can't stress enough how important it is to patch test!!
Poor girl just 12 years old.
eye brow tint - (and the salon thought it was a good idea not to patch test her)

A patch test is a MUST - walk away if you are not offered one from a beauty salon/spa/business/clinic
Don't take NO for an answer
Don't also refuse to take one if offered (not the case here)
