Good news……

Jemma is coming back to work on Thursday 25th June 😃
It’s only been 43weeks but who’s counting!!

Let us know in the usual way if you would like to book in with her. I think there are limited spaces in the first few weeks but then things calm down a little.

Happy 60th Birthday to someone truly special. You’ve spent so many years helping others feel confident and beautiful, and that kindness shines through in everything you do. To me, you’re not just a boss but an amazing friend. I know clients and therapists past and present will be wishing you an amazing birthday. I hope this day brings you all the happiness and appreciation you so deeply deserve.

I can’t believe the festivities are over and we’re already back to normal in the salon.
I couldn’t let 2026 continue without a nod to some of the ups and downs of 2025.

Firstly, thank you to each and every one of our clients for your continued support through another year in the salon. 🥰
Without you, we are nothing.
It’s been a very busy end to the year and we truly appreciate you all.

Maternity leave started for Jemma in September as she welcomed Nova into the world. ♥️
She has brought so much joy to their family and is an absolute wee cutie.
Ella is a great big sister, and I can’t believe Nova is nearly four months old already!!! 😳

November ♥️ brought my newest little grandie as Chris and Carly welcomed Jay into the world. 🩵
He is adorable 😍 and it’s fab having them so close.
Being able to pop in for Jay cuddles on the way home definitely helps ease any issues from the day and makes Granny happy again 🥰

Then came 💧 the flood… yes 💦 another one!! 🌊
The 4th time in this salon 😩.
Thankfully I was in the salon the morning after the water came through, and luckily I’d bought a carpet shampooer the week before!
I couldn’t believe the amount of water that came through the ceiling from a washing machine in the flat above.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped — from tracking down the flat owners, to the owner above for checking, and especially to the two clients who missed their treatments to help clean up. ♥️
Thank you Kate & Linda, I couldn’t have done it without you.
I’d probably still be standing there wondering why 🤷🏻‍♀️ me again.

December brought congratulations to Caitlin and Ryan on their engagement. 💍
So happy for you both and excited to see what the next chapter brings.

I can’t finish without thanking the team, Jemma and Caitlin, for everything they do in the salon.
We will find a date for that ‘Christmas’ night out!
Thank you also to all our families for putting up with the long hours and knackeredness at this time of year.
