This weekend I’m heading back into training for the first time in a while, I’m looking forward to it — even if it feels a little daunting stepping back into learning again.

I’ll be in Ayr, studying Visceral Manipulation (VM), a gentle hands-on therapy developed by French Osteopath and Physical Therapist Jean-Pierre Barral. This approach focuses on the internal organs and connective tissues, and how restrictions within the body can affect movement, posture, pain and overall wellbeing, looking at the body as a whole, and how connected everything is.

I’ll be challenging myself, learning something new, and hopefully fitting in a few beach walks, and podcasts along the way too!
